So a while ago, I saw this really cool video by choreographer Scotty Nguyen to "There Goes My Baby" (Usher). It's a great video and choreography because the camera and the set makesthem appear to defy gravity (love knows no boundaries and such). I wanted to see more of his work today while I'm bored in the library, so I youtubed him and found this surprising amazingness of him dancing to "Love Like" by Shihan. For those of you that don't know, Shihan is this amazing spoken word artist that I love (he's been on Def Poetry Jam, and I would really love to have him perform here). My favorite piece of his is the first one I've heard him perform, which is "Love Like." (I quote something from this poem about once every two months via Facebook, call me a hopeless romantic).
Here are the two videos:

This is my first time seeing something performed like this, and personally i love it, because it is something I want to explore. As you can tell by now, I love writing, and it(along with dance, and other artisitic hobbies) is central to who I am, and I've been trying to explore ways of not having to have my multiple interests always be seperate. (Thanks to Pato Hebert) I'm starting to explore how to connect them into something as complex and beautiful as I should hope I am. So seeing this gives me something to think about.
OMG! Jalisa this is beautiful :)
